(On Menu) FRIED OYSTERS: Old Bay Seasoning, Buttermilk Farmer’s Dressing, Bacon, Frisee Salad
I am typically not a fan of fried oysters, which may be odd because I enjoy raw oysters. Either way, the fresh crispy Frisee Salad and the subtle bacon flavors in the Buttermilk Dressing balance the well seasoned hot and crispy fried oysters making this dish a must try.
*I paired it with Elk Cove Sauvignon Blanc which was far sweeter than I expected; a Chenin Blanc or a dryer SB or Pinot Grogio would be far more complimentary.
