This past week I visited Chicago for the LA Dodgers/Cubs baseball game. As soon as I landed I stopped almost every Chicago native in my path to ask the age old question:
Who has the best deep dish pizza?
Almost no one agreed that it was UNO’s. After various opinions I somehow wound up at Peaquod’s which I may add was pretty good, but I am looking for the best. This year, before the weather gets unbearable in Chicago I plan on going on a quest to find the best deep dish pizza Chicago has to offer!
How you may ask?
1. I will compile a list of restaurants that specialize in deep dish pizza
2. Visit them
3. Order their best recommendation
4. Then single-handedly choose the best deep dish pizza in Chicago (Or at least choose the top three)
